5 Easy Steps To Hear
Your inner Sound!

Step 1. Find a
quiet space where you can relax. Sit cross-legged position or on a chair. Your
spine should be straight in relaxed manner.
Step 2. Insert
the ear plugs and Close your eyes You can get it from your nearby chemist shop (just
Rs. 15). If in case you don't get it from anywhere then you can use
earphones/cotton.
Step 3. Take 10
deep breaths
Breath in slowly, easily and deeply and then breath out
slowly, easily and deeply. start reverse counting with each outgoing breath (and
no counting with incoming breath). You may do may do reverse counting from 10
to 0, decreasing the count by one with each outgoing breath.
Step 4. Simply
listen to your inner sounds
Bring your attention to your inner sounds without judging
them. There is absolutely no need to put pressure on yourself. Be calm. Just
listen and enjoy!
Step 5. Don't go
to your thoughts. Let them come to you
Whenever your mind
wanders off, simply bring your attention back to hearing. You will find that
once you start to hear your inner sounds, gradually the mind will cease in
activities.
Keep these things in mind before meditation
1. Quiet, clean and airy open space as meditation.
2. To focus and relax the body should be completely straight.
3. Do not look hurried.
4. If you are already suffering from a disease for longer ignore.
5. Pay attention to the direction of the north or east side of your home should be.
6. according to your wishes to create a means to focus on any one thing, such as a picture of the rising sun can make your mind or your guru or cycles. Take your mind to settle into any one thing and just keep the same attention.
7. You always have to pay attention.
8. The food must always shuffle.
